End-user license agreement

1. Who this applies to

Ledgerline Books ("the tool") is software operated by Nor Cal Ornamental LLC ("the Company") for its own internal bookkeeping. The only permitted users are the Company's owners and the employees or bookkeepers it authorizes.

2. Permitted use

The tool may be used only to access the Company's own QuickBooks Online company. It may not be used with any other business's QuickBooks data, and it may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed or offered as a service to anyone else.

3. QuickBooks and Intuit

Use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's own terms. Nothing in this agreement changes them. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the tool.

4. Accuracy and review

The tool helps with bookkeeping. It does not replace professional accounting or tax advice. Users are responsible for reviewing its output, and anything the tool writes to QuickBooks is reviewed by a person first.

5. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Ending use

An authorized user may stop using the tool at any time by disconnecting it from QuickBooks. The Company may withdraw a user's access at any time.
